Ingredients
- 400 grams of salted edamame beans in pod EPIC
- 1 tablespoon of neutral oil like sunflower oil
- 1 tablespoon of crushed garlic
- 1 tablespoon of chopped ginger
- 2 tablespoons of light soy saus
- 2 teaspoons of honey
- 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon of sambal oelek
Method of preparation
First make the sauce: cook the garlic and ginger in oil. Add the rest of the ingredients.
Heat the edamame in boiling water. Drain them, add them to a bowl and add the sauce.
Serve immediately as an appetizer.
