Tuna remains an extremely popular fishspecies. The standard tuna portions from EPIC are a classic frozen product that is well suited for cooking or grilling. The tuna has a brownish color, like most of the frozen tuna.
From now on we can also offer premium frozen tuna again. It was processed in a specific way to keep its red color and therefor looks more attractive. In both cases it’s Yellowfin Tuna.
