FROZEN FROG LEGS
Frog legs have been a staple in gourmet circles. For example, the region of Lyon has a rich history of dishes featuring frog legs going all the way back to the 16th century.
Frog legs have a rather neutral flavour and are not unlike white chicken meat. This means the preparation, accompanying sauce and garnish are essential to lend the frog legs a gourmet air. Although we must admit that frog legs in garlic sauce are the perfect traditional dish, accounting for more than half of all recipes.
Frog legs from the EPIC range (in traditional style) are sourced in Vietnam. The meat ratio is the measure of quality.
